Our check out was at 11 and we called down to extend it until 11:30 so we can eat on the premise and they told us NO. So, I booked her at a spa on newbury street and it was wonderful. That’s insane, considering you don’t have a pool and I wouldn’t get into a sauna or jacuzzi with covid still out there. I was going to schedule my daughter her first massage in your spa ($300 including tip) and I called to ask about just a visitor’s pass, to read while she was getting her treatment and they told me that it would be $99 additional. Offers nothing accept a casino and nice room….But don’t touch anything in it or you will be charged. You hotel nickel and dimes your customers. We went out for the day and when we returned, our things were touched and the room was cleaned. We were staying 2 nights and told the the front desk that we didn’t want our room cleaned (because of covid) and the told us that they would notify housekeeping. A 3, the room was clean, as it should have been.
