It is tough to single out one shining moment from our trip. I have never given a review and not sure how many will read this review but I feel compelled to share my experience.
Couldn't believe how many people worked at the pool. It really didn't bother me at all, and I am usually very sensitive to that. You do need to walk through the casino if you want to go to their restaurants, movie theater, bowling, or the parking garage.but I was pleasantly surprised by how well they managed the smoke. If you stayed in the spa tower you would have to walk through the casino to get there. We were in the Grand Tower and you just go from the elevators right to a hallway that goes right to the pool - you did not have to walk in or through the casino at all.
We were there in March and the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. Food, drinks, etc poolside (the waiters poolside don't take credit cards, so sign up for room tab first or bring cash). Sign up for room tab and it's like being at an all inclusive. I felt like I was in Mexico laying by the pool. Rooms are very nice - a real steal for their weekday prices - and very spacious. We are not gamblers - we went because of their awesome pool and warm weather.
